MetLife Coverage Availability & Fees
The details of each MetLife Dental Insurance plan can vary from patient to patient; however, most plans follow the same basic format:
- 100% coverage on preventive care.
- 70% to 80% coverage on restorative treatments.
- 50% coverage on major restorative treatments.
Please note that MetLife Dental Insurance may not cover cosmetic treatment, and you may need to choose additional coverage for orthodontic care. Please verify your coverage with your insurance company or plan administrator or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
